Due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be processed after 3 days from the delivery date. All package returns must be sent by mail. 

The item's condition must be new to receive a full refund.

Shipping Costs for Refunds will be covered for defective products.

The customer must cover the cost of return shipping if remorse.

This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to high standards and deliver the best possible results for all clients.

Service Cancellation

Before Work Commencement:

If you wish to cancel your service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

After Work Commencement:

Once work on your project has started, no refunds will be issued. This includes the planning, preparation, and execution stages of our services.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

• Warehousing and Fulfillment
• Trucking Services
• Branding and Marketing Services (including but not limited to logo design, website development, social media management, content creation, etc.)
